Why do goal systems fail so fast? 💡
Usually, it is not laziness — it is that the starting point feels too big, too vague, and too loaded. 🎒
A lot of systems accidentally make this worse. 🌀
They ask:
“What do you want to achieve?” 🎯
And suddenly your brain hears:
“Oh good, we are now evaluating our entire life.” 🧠
Now it is not just a task.
It is your health, sleep, money, work, future, habits, goals, personality, and somehow also your entire wardrobe. 👕
That is too much. 😮💨
